‍ ‍The selection, arrangement, coordination, and organization of all Content constitute original works of authorship and are independently protectable.

‍ ‍Subject to full compliance with these Terms, the Institute grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  2. ‍Download or print a single copy of any publicly available document for your personal, non-commercial reference, provided that all copyright notices, attribution, and proprietary markings are retained in their entirety.

  • Reverse-engineer, deconstruct, or extract the underlying methodology, organizational structure, or systematic arrangement of any Content for the purpose of creating a competing work.

  • Use any Content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to: consulting deliverables, client-facing materials, training programs, paid courses or workshops, commercial publications, products, or services, without a valid written license agreement from the Institute.

  • ‍Incorporate Content into any commercial offering, product, software application, platform, or service, whether directly or by reference.

  • Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit any Content.

  • Use Content to provide paid advisory, consulting, auditing, or implementation services to third parties without a valid written license agreement.

‍ ‍4.4 AI and Machine Learning

  • Use any Content to train, fine-tune, calibrate, evaluate, benchmark, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence model, machine learning system, large language model (LLM), or automated content generation system.

  • ‍Input, feed, upload, or otherwise provide any Content to any AI system, chatbot, generative AI tool, or automated summarization service for the purpose of producing outputs derived from or based on the Content.

  • Use any Content in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, knowledge bases, or embedding pipelines that serve AI or automated systems.

‍ ‍4.5 Misattribution and Misrepresentation

  • ‍Remove, obscure, alter, or falsify any copyright notice, trademark, authorship attribution, or proprietary marking on any Content.

  • Claim authorship or ownership of any Content, or present Content as your own original work or the work of any entity other than the Global AI Exchange Institute.

  • Attribute Content to other authors, organizations, or sources.

  • Misrepresent your affiliation with the Institute, or imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship by the Institute without written authorization.

  • ‍Display Content within frames, iframes, overlays, or any other technique that obscures the origin of the Content or surrounds it with third-party branding or advertising.

  • Deep-link to downloadable files or documents on the Site in a manner that bypasses the Site’s landing pages, terms acceptance, or navigational context.
